SELF-CARE ACTIVITIES

Self-care skills are the basic activities that we do in order to sustain our life. This includes feeding and eating in order to support our nutritional needs, bathing, grooming and dressing ourselves for proper hygiene and even toileting. It is important to live independently, study and even work in the community.
